[Reddit Gaming Hot Post] Bought a 12k truck cash and still don’t have it

I bought a truck from houston in cash, and gave him 12k. On the first day I bought it was showing symptoms of a bad motor and I asked for a refund, but he offered to fix it. It took him a month and it came back the same; plus now leaking. After that he took it back and tried fixing it again, yet it came back the same. In fact, i even had to leave it stranded on walmart for him to pick it up because that truck was failing while I was driving.

The day after that I had go back home to El Paso (That’s where I’m from) and left the truck for him to fix over there at Houston. We ended on an agreement that he was going to change the motor and bring it back to El Paso where I live, and if it still wasn’t running good I was going to get a refund. It’s been 2 months since that happened, and he now doesn’t want to answer my calls or messages. What should I do?
